the hotel had a secluded position right by the ghats and the noise of varanasi, the city center, and the dining and bar areas.

Fairly clean place with sincere staff and nice view to garden from balcony. The garden restaurant for dinner. No complaints whatsoever, good stay during a week long holiday in Varanasi.

Truly memorable overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with a welcoming staff and spacious rooms. A minibar and it's own balcony in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

100% recommend this hotel to all wanting to stay in Varanasi. This venue is wonderful and fairly clean, it has great Wi-Fi and a garden restaurant. The location is great and pleasant, 10 minutes' walk to Jhv Mall. And it's nestled in a nice building not far from entire restaurant in surya food as well as the JHV Mall.

The location was good and unbeatable, close to Jhv Mall. I was there for 1 night and ate at garden restaurant for all meals. The staff were excellent, friendly services. It was a gorgeous hotel, I will definitely go again next time.

This hotel was set in a secluded area adjacent to walking distance to a shopping centre, the restaurant which had a wide ranging menu and the rare shopping malls. Lucky that it was relatively near Taste King, offering food to go. Booked a room with EXCELLENT views to garden from balcony. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a perfect sleep.

A wide array of delicious food at breakfast time. Pretty nice room with great mattresses, garden, bar. Great and pleasant location not far from all the attractions as well as the rare shopping malls, only 5 minutes walk from Mangi Ferra. Also, in a pre-paid taxi we had from the airport initially.

The hotel's location is perfect, not far from Bar, canton and the Vishwanath, Vishalakshi and Annapoorna temples. You can easily walk to Aarna Spa. The breakfast is above average, includes variety of meals...

The location is secluded. Also, Mangi Ferra is outside the door. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with garden as well as great mattresses and care about everyone.

A wonderful and pleasant place to stay in Varanasi. The breakfasts for toasts seperately. Good area, secluded location short walk to nearby shopping centre as well as the beautifull garden. Besides, very convenient to Aarna Spa.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the juliet balcony overlooking the beautiful lawns and old palace-turned-restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the variety of options available. The laundry service was excellent and efficient.

Nice and quiet place in Varanasi. Nice pool area to relax.We got late check out without free of charge Vary good breakfast in the morning and not the same every day. Some stuff members are friendly.

Wifi is not working every day. Food is not good when dining,Tthey mix your oder or the same soup is very different every day. They have 4 different charges to add your lunch or dinner.

Great place to stay. Its quiet and safe. A great place to retreat after a long day in Varanasi.

The restaurant is not the best. The wait staff seem stressed and the food is average. The cleaning staff are very loud in the mornings... To early. Yelling at each other down the hallways and it echoes loudly into the rooms.

Breakfast was astonishing and delicious, room was new-fashioned. The hotel's location was marvellous, in South Delhi with a mall and a market within walking distance.
